FAQ

1. How long does shipping take to the USA?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Available at checkout): 2-5 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight. Glass cleaner may incur additional hazmat shipping fees due to federal regulations. We offer free standard shipping on orders over [e.g., $35] within the contiguous USA (excluding hazmat fees).

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous USA?
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Due to hazardous materials regulations, glass cleaner cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.

4. What is a glass scraper?
glass scraper (also called a razor scraper or window scraper) is a handheld tool with a retractable or replaceable razor blade designed to remove stubborn debris from glass surfaces, such as:

  • Paint overspray

  • Adhesive residue from stickers

  • Hard water spots

  • Dried paint

  • Tape residue

Features:

  • Ergonomic handle for comfortable grip

  • Retractable blade for safety

  • Replacement blades available

  • May include blade storage compartment

Safety Warning: Glass scrapers contain sharp blades. Use with extreme caution. Keep out of reach of children.

5. What types of glass cleaner do you offer?

Type Best For Features Safety
Aerosol Spray Windows, mirrors Quick-drying, streak-free, easy application Flammable, pressurized container
Pump Spray Windows, glass surfaces Non-aerosol, refillable options Non-flammable (usually)
Concentrate Bulk cleaning Dilute with water, economical Follow dilution instructions
Ammonia-Free Tinted windows, sensitive users Gentle formula, no harsh fumes Safer for certain surfaces

All glass cleaners comply with applicable EPA and CPSC safety standards.

6. What is a microfiber cloth?
microfiber cloth is a cleaning cloth made from microscopic synthetic fibers (typically polyester and polyamide) that are split to create a large surface area with tiny, hook-like structures. These structures:

  • Trap dust and dirt effectively

  • Absorb liquids (up to 7 times their weight)

  • Clean without chemicals (using only water)

  • Lift and remove bacteria

  • Leave surfaces lint-free and streak-free

Benefits for Glass Cleaning:

  • Streak-free shine without chemicals

  • No lint or fibers left behind

  • Reusable and washable (up to 500 washes)

  • Environmentally friendly (reduces paper towel waste)

7. How do I use a glass scraper safely?

  1. Lubricate the surface: Always use with glass cleaner or water to lubricate the glass. Never use dry.

  2. Hold at correct angle: Hold the scraper at a 30-45 degree angle to the glass.

  3. Apply gentle pressure: Use smooth, even strokes. Let the blade do the work.

  4. Work on stubborn spots: For paint or adhesive, you may need to let the cleaner sit for a few minutes to soften.

  5. Clean blade frequently: Wipe the blade clean on a damp cloth to prevent dragging debris across the glass.

  6. Replace blades regularly: Dull blades can scratch glass.

Safety Precautions:

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Retract blade when not in use.

  • Dispose of used blades safely in a puncture-resistant container.

  • Wear gloves for added protection.

  • Do not use on scratched, damaged, or tempered glass.

  • Do not use on plastic, acrylic, or Plexiglas (will scratch).

8. How do I use glass cleaner and microfiber cloth for streak-free results?

  1. Spray: Apply glass cleaner to the surface (or onto the cloth, not directly on very cold glass).

  2. Wipe: Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to wipe in a Z-shaped or S-shaped pattern (this prevents streaks and shows where you've cleaned).

  3. Buff: For extra shine, buff with a second, dry microfiber cloth.

  4. Dry: Allow to air dry completely.

Tips:

  • Avoid cleaning glass in direct sunlight (dries too quickly, causing streaks).

  • Use a dedicated glass-cleaning microfiber cloth (don't use for other tasks).

  • Wash new microfiber cloths before first use to remove manufacturing residues.

9. How do I care for my microfiber cloth?

  • Washing: Machine wash in warm water with mild liquid detergent. Do not use fabric softener (it clogs the fibers and ruins absorbency).

  • Bleach: Avoid bleach, which can damage the fibers.

  • Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. High heat can melt the fibers.

  • Separation: Wash separately from lint-producing items (cotton towels, fleece).

  • Replace: Replace when cloth becomes less absorbent, leaves streaks, or shows signs of wear.

10. Can I use glass cleaner on other surfaces?
Glass cleaner is formulated for glass surfaces only. Avoid using on:

  • Wood: Can damage finishes.

  • Stone (marble, granite): Can etch and dull the surface.

  • Electronics screens (TVs, phones): Can damage coatings (use electronics-specific cleaner).

  • Acrylic/Plexiglas: Can cause clouding or cracking.

  • Painted surfaces: May remove paint.
Always check the product label for approved surfaces.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure digital payment methods.
