  • We sell window cleaning and glass care products, including glass scrapers, glass cleaner, and microfiber cloths.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety instructions.

  • Glass Scrapers (Sharp Object Warning):

    • Contains sharp blade. Handle with extreme care.

    • Keep out of reach of children.

    • Always retract blade when not in use.

    • Use only on glass surfaces; do not use on plastic, acrylic, or painted surfaces.

    • Always lubricate glass before scraping.

    • Dispose of used blades safely in a puncture-resistant container.

    • Wear protective eyewear and gloves.

    • Do not use on cracked or damaged glass.

  • Glass Cleaners (Chemical Safety):

    • Read all labels and instructions before use.

    • Keep out of reach of children.

    • Use in well-ventilated areas.

    • Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

    • Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

    • For aerosol cleaners: Flammable. Do not use near open flame or heat sources. Do not puncture or incinerate.

    • Follow all disposal instructions on the product label.

    • Comply with all applicable EPA, OSHA, and CPSC regulations.

  • Microfiber Cloths:

    • Wash before first use.

    • Do not use fabric softener.

    • Keep away from high heat (irons, dryers on high heat) as fibers can melt.

3. Hazardous Materials Compliance

  • Glass cleaner (especially aerosol) is classified as a hazardous material for shipping and is subject to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations .

  • These items require special handling, may incur additional shipping fees, and cannot be shipped via air .

  • By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept these shipping restrictions.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
