Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cleaning products. Due to the nature of these items, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used Items: Any glass scraper, glass cleaner, or microfiber cloth that has been used, shows signs of wear, or has been exposed to cleaning solutions.

Chemicals: Glass cleaner that has been opened or partially used (due to shipping restrictions and safety).

Hygiene Items: Microfiber cloths that have been removed from their packaging.

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
3. Return Process & Fees

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, parts, and instructions.

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of glass scrapers (hardware items).

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate.
6. Hazardous Materials (Glass Cleaner)
Due to federal regulations regarding the shipment of hazardous materials (flammable liquids, aerosols), glass cleaner returns are subject to additional restrictions. Contact us immediately if your glass cleaner arrives damaged or leaking.
